Prime, Inc. is looking for an energetic, hard-working individual to perform maintenance of outside grounds including maintenance of lawns, shrubs, irrigation system, flower beds, and lawn equipment; and general building/maintenance repairs by performing the following duties:

Requirements

• Any combination of education, training, and experience providing the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
• Grounds maintenance knowledge is a plus. Also understanding how to use and operate lawn care equipment is helpful.
• Must have a strong work history. The work can be repetitive and physically demanding. Must be able to communicate effectively with supervisor and co-workers. Must be able to work independently and also part of a team environment.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation to and from work.
• Candidate must be able to pass a job specific post-offer physical prior to beginning employment with Prime, Inc.

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, and fertilize lawns.
• Weed and mulch landscapes.
• Trim hedges, shrubs, and small trees.
• Remove dead, damaged, or unwanted trees.
• Seasonal work may include projects such as Christmas lights, washing windows, snow removal, salting sidewalks and/or pavement, mowing, trimming, and yard waste removal.
• May be required to climb and work off of a ladder.
• Various indoor facility maintenance work will be available during times of extreme heat and cold for safety.
