About The Position
We are seeking a Lawn Maintenance Technician who takes pride in hard work, operates equipment confidently, and values teamwork. This role is responsible for completing weekly lawn and landscape service routes safely, efficiently, and professionally. Success in this position depends on living out B&A’s Core Values (Honor, Integrity, Progress, Excellence) and demonstrating strong technical ability in the field.
Requirements
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable operating equipment
- Physically capable of outdoor labor
- Knowledge of landscaping and grounds maintenance practices
- Strong communication skills
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of grounds maintenance experience
Responsibilities
- Complete weekly lawn maintenance routes and assigned projects.
- Plan ahead for route adjustments and communicate with clients as needed.
- Report to the Divisional Manager or Supervisor.
- Ensure safe and efficient use of company vehicles and equipment.
- Monitor and report maintenance needs.
- Safely complete mowing, trimming, edging, and other green industry services within assigned timeframes.
