Western Home Communities is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician I to join our team! This individual will be responsible for maintaining the grounds and performing various maintenance tasks to support our facilities and equipment. Requirements
- Relevant grounds keeping experience.
- 16 years of age or older.
- Valid Iowa driver’s license.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, and HVAC (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Efficiently complete daily grounds maintenance and general maintenance tasks.
- Quickly and accurately identify ways to complete each assignment.
- Take care of equipment and supplies, ensuring they are well-maintained.
- Interact with residents in a friendly and positive manner.
