About The Position

Western Home Communities is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician I to join our team! This individual will be responsible for maintaining the grounds and performing various maintenance tasks to support our facilities and equipment. If you're passionate about maintaining a clean, safe, and well-kept environment for our community, we want to hear from you! What You'll Do: Efficiently complete daily grounds maintenance and general maintenance tasks. Quickly and accurately identify ways to complete each assignment. Take care of equipment and supplies, ensuring they are well-maintained. Interact with residents in a friendly and positive manner. What You'll Need: Relevant grounds keeping experience. Experience with minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, and HVAC (preferred). 16 years of age or older. Valid Iowa driver’s license. Benefits: Full-time Health, Dental, and Vision benefits.
