Requirements

Be reliable and able to follow company policy
Have good organizational skills

Have good time management and prioritization skills
Be courteous and professional at all times
Standing, walking, and/or sitting for extended periods of time
Frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, handling, bending, twisting, and stretching
A complete background check is required before hire.

Responsibilities

Clean bathroom & kitchen, mop floors, and vacuum
Empty trash cans
Dust all furniture and equipment weekly
Clean windows, baseboards, and light fixtures as needed
Clean apartments for move-ins as assigned
Clean the kitchen – oven, stove, behind the stove, the burners, vent hood, the refrigerator (inside, outside, behind, and the drip pan), the dishwasher (inside & out). Clean inside and outside all cabinets and drawers. Mop floor. Wipe off all counters and sinks. Clean the light fixture
Clean the bathroom(s) – tub/shower, cabinets, drawers, mirrors, medicine cabinet, light fixtures, sink, the toilet, and the floor
Remove any debris, trash, etc. left in the apartment
Clean the patio/balcony, patio closet, and patio light fixture
Vacuum the carpet
Clean the blinds
Wipe down all switch plates and doorknob
Wipe off the outside of the front door
Record time spent cleaning on the Maintenance Report
Wipe the outside of the front door down & remove any cobwebs
Clean all windows
