The Property & Grounds Landscaping Manager supports Blue Ridge Mountain Club’s “Build Community” mission by overseeing the care and maintenance of the natural and landscaped environment throughout the community. This role ensures that all landscaping and trail systems are maintained to the highest standards through effective oversight of vendor contracts, proactive inspections, and coordination with the POA management team. The goal is to preserve the beauty, safety, and functionality of outdoor spaces while fostering a harmonious and welcoming environment for residents and guests. Serves as the lead manager for landscaping and trail maintenance operations. Oversee all vendor contracts related to groundskeeping, landscaping, and trail upkeep. Conducts regular inspections of common areas, trails, and landscaped zones to ensure quality and compliance. Coordinates with the General Manager and Community Manager to address maintenance needs, capital improvement projects, and seasonal landscaping plans. Communicate with contractors and residents regarding landscaping standards and trail access. This position is full-time and work times may vary (primarily Monday through Friday). Blue Ridge Mountain Club Property Owner’s Association, Inc. is seeking a proactive, detail oriented, and collaborative individual to manage landscaping and trail maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, vendor management skills, and a passion for outdoor stewardship. Core responsibilities include managing landscaping and trail maintenance contracts, conducting regular inspections, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and ensuring compliance with community standards and environmental best practices.
