What You’ll Be Doing Assist with daily plant operations, including equipment cleanup and material handling Support safe operation of machinery and perform basic equipment checks Maintain work areas to ensure a clean, organized, and hazard‑free environment Work collaboratively with team members to meet production needs Follow all safety policies and contribute to a strong safety culture

Requirements

• Commitment to working safely and following established procedures
• Ability to perform physical tasks and work in a fast‑paced industrial environment
• Strong teamwork skills and willingness to assist where needed
• Capability to operate or learn to operate basic equipment
• Reliable work habits, adaptability, and a positive attitude
• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
