About The Position
Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Perform general clean-up and maintenance of plant grounds and equipment Assist with material handling and equipment operation as needed Support plant operations by following safety and operational procedures Conduct routine inspections and report any safety or maintenance concerns Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and safe work practices
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to work safely in a physically demanding environment
- Willingness to learn and operate heavy equipment and tools
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or in a team
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean work area
- Flexibility to work in varying weather conditions and shifts as needed
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Must meet all company safety and compliance requirements
