  • 8+ years of experience performing systems engineering, architecture, integration, and testing for sof tware-intensive space programs for defense and intelligence missions
  • 5+ years of experience integrating space command and control or mission data processing capabilities into a ground framework
  • 5+ years of experience with solution architecture, leading the technical direction of ground systems sof tware development and fielding
  • 5+ years of experience in sof tware architecture, Agile system development and design, cloud computing, and DevSecOps
  • 5+ years of experience with business development and capture management, shaping requirements and solutions for sof tware intensive systems
  • Knowledge of the acquisition lifecycle of major system acquisitions
  • Ability to work with and brief senior-level government and military leaders, and drive and explain solutions and technical direction
  • Ability to work independently and across cross-functional teams, drive consensus, and define technical strategy
  • TS / SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics ( STEM ) field
  • Experience with SYSML and Model Based Systems Engineering ( MBSE )
  • Experience with business development, DoD proposal writing, and delivery
  • Experience working on an Agile Delivery Team, using a task tracking tool such as Jira
  • Knowledge of the Space Development Agency ( SDA ) and the Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture ( PWSA )
  • Knowledge of the nation's missile warning capabilities
  • Ability to travel to CONUS locations up to 25% of the time
