About this opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated Ground Service Attendant to assist with maintaining buildings clean, orderly and in good condition. Pay and Schedule Monday – Friday 7:00AM to 3:30PM The pay range is $17.00 to $20.00 depending on experience. Requirements

Ability to work effectively with a team.
Ability to haul cleaning equipment.
Basic Computer.
Detail Oriented.
Knowledge of basic facility maintenance.
Work independently and support team.

Responsibilities

Clean building floor by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
Cleaning restroom and stocking with tissue, towel, soap, and other sanitary stations.
Gathering and emptying trash and trash bins.
Performs other maintenance duties as assigned.
Identify and report the need for major repairs.
