About The Position
This position is for a Grossing Technician II, an individual with limited experience grossing surgical specimens. The role involves performing surgical gross examinations of small, uncomplicated specimens. Additionally, the individual may perform examinations of more complicated specimens, subject to approval by a technical supervisor. The level of supervision required for each specimen type will be determined by the technical supervisor and/or laboratory director.
