In coordination with a peer Grocery Department Manager, you will assist the Store Manager in planning, coordinating, and managing store operations to control costs, meet targeted labor, maintain projected profit margins, meet or exceed sales goals, and provide a pleasant and safe shopping experience for customers and a safe professional working environment for employees. You will also monitor the maintaining and replenishing of stock to continually meet customers’ purchasing needs.
