Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, helpful, and respectful guest service at all times to ensure a positive shopping experience and encourage repeat visits
- Stock, rotate, and face products to maintain freshness, minimize waste, and ensure an appealing presentation
- Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked aisles to enhance the shopping experience and uphold store standards
- Assist guests with locating products, answering questions, and making recommendations
- Develop and maintain knowledge of store products, including features, pricing, and location to better support guests and drive sales
- Unload deliveries, break down shipments, and organize backstock efficiently and safely
- Monitor inventory levels and report low, excess, or damaged items to support product availability and reduce shrink
- Ensure proper product placement, pricing accuracy, and signage execution
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to promote health, safety, and a professional appearance
- Follow all workplace safety, food safety, and sanitation standards
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, scanners, and POS systems as needed
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with teammates and leadership to support efficient store operations
- Collaborate across departments to support storewide efficiency and guest hospitality goals
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including attendance, conduct, and dress code standards
- Support loss prevention efforts by staying alert and following proper procedures
- Participate in required trainings and continuous learning to support personal and team development
- Remain productive during slower periods by cleaning, organizing, restocking, or supporting other departments
- Other job duties as assigned
