The primary purpose of this job is to load U-boats, move U-boats to aisles, unload cases, open cases, carry cases to shelves, stock, straighten, and rotate shelves.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations in order to complete job duties in a satisfactory manner.
  • Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as the physical base scores for this position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Must meet the company performance standards for the job including but not limited to regular attendance.
  • Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job.

  • Team members are responsible for understanding company policy and procedures as promulgated in the policy and procedure manual and the team member handbook.

Responsibilities

  • Promptly, at the start of the shift, the team member will review the work schedule, check the equipment and supplies required to perform the work scheduled, comply with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements, and otherwise prepare for duties.
  • May use a stool to reach upper shelves.
  • Verify and change prices with a scanner and label maker as needed.
  • Remerchandise end caps and displays, set up new program displays, and does resets.
  • Inspect shelves, replenishe shelves, and verify or adjust counts with scanner.
  • Flattens cartons, stack them on U-boat, pushe U-boat to bailer, and load cardboard into the bailer.
  • Clean shelving and fixtures as per company guidelines.
  • Must be able to communicate with customers to provide an outstanding shopping experience.
