About The Position

This grinding position will be responsible for set-up/production on full CNC and manual machines. This Grinding position will require making quality verifications and adjustments as necessary. $3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS! Bonus will be paid in 3 increments of $500/90 Days, $1,000/6 Months, and 1,500/12 Months This Grinding position requires 2 – 5 years’ experience: Must be able to dress grinding wheels Must be able to set work blade heights Must have experience holding .0001 tolerances Read and interpret drawings Read micrometer and other precision instruments Calculate/adjust machine settings Identify/solve problems Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen Possess a solid work history High School diploma/GED preferred Since 1925, we have been at the forefront of machining complex parts. Requirements
