Precision Processes/Hiler Industries in Walkerton is HIRING! We’re looking for a positive, hard-working team player to join our amazing team.
How you’ll make a difference: We seek hardworking and reliable team members to grind, inspect, and finish metal castings in our Walkerton finishing facility.

What you’ll do: As a Grinding Team Member, you will be integral to the finishing of custom castings for our valued customers. Responsibilities include:
Specializing in a specific area: Grinding & Finishing
Operating Production Equipment: Including Cobots and auto-grinders
Maintaining Pace: Knowing your targets and consistently working to achieve them
Team Work: Knowing when to ask for help, and when to provide support. Generally, being present and showing up well for teammates
Other: In addition, each role in our finishing facility:
Operates under clear deadlines and results-oriented metrics
Has clear tasks and are organized and optimized for productivity
Includes repetitive actions that maximize consistent, high quality results

Requirements

• Safety lift up to 50 lbs
• Stand on your feet for extended periods of time
• A solid track record of focused and productive work
• Share our Company values – practicing the Golden Rule, taking ownership of work, and driving and embracing innovation.
