Takes customers order and prepares the order according to recipe and procedures set by chef, keeping in mind guest specifications or dietary needs. Ability to remember, recite and promote the variety of menu items. May occasional assist in caterings, set up and breakdown. Maintain proper and adequate set-up and breakdown of the station on a daily basis. Follow and complete all items required as listed on prep list and par list. Responsible for set up, regular maintenance, cleaning, and breakdown of grill station fryers. Responsible for maintaining stock, cutting, and storage of all perishables daily to ensure product quality. Inform manger/chef immediately of product shortages. Anticipates peak and non-peak service times; batch cooks food items accordingly. Completes any other job related duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Purpose, and abide by our Organization’s Values.
