Grill Cook Job Responsibilities: Consistently produce quality food while keeping consistent under pressure Maintain clean area and cooking equipment Cook meals accurately and in an expedient manner Memorize menu items and recipes Assume responsibility of the food being made Keep area stocked and rotated Prepare meals with excellent food presentation Great communication skills and teamwork skills Assist with opening/closing procedures and side work as needed Must have a flexible schedule, particularly for weekends and holidays The ability to work 6+ hours on your feet at a time and lift up to 30 lbs if necessary Friendliness and the want to be a team player.
