About The Position
Greet incoming guests with a pleasant demeanor. Direct guests to the Lucky Circle Express booth for guests service related questions. Keeps count of the number of incoming guests entering the facility for attendance records. Turn in total number of guests counted each live race night/day to the attendant at the Security Lost & Found booth. Job requires work most work during nights, weekends and occasional afternoons; as well as some holidays; including but not limited to Memorial Day, Labor Day, and Easter. Job requires extensive standing and some sitting as well as the ability to use a hand held counting clicker
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be able to work effectively with peers, staff members, and regulatory agency personnel
- Strong written and oral communication skills required
- Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of situations where only limited standardization exists
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Must be able to pass a background check and receive a license or permit from any Regulatory Agency if applicable to perform the essential job functions
- Oklahoma Horse Racing License
