About The Position
Position Overview: This position is responsible for monitoring and maintaining plants’ overall needs during the hours of 6:00am-2:30pm Monday thru Friday.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Must be 21 years of age and possess a Cultivation center agent identification card.
Nice To Haves
- Education/experience in commercial plant production (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Pruning and removal of unwanted material.
- Assist with topping and cloning.
- Inspection for pests and other threats.
- Monitor and maintain all areas of plants’ water and nutrient needs.
- Calibrating meters, monitoring, and adjusting pH balance and electro-conductivity (ec) levels.
- Logging conditions, maintaining cleanliness of grow areas, and adjusting reservoir water as scheduled.
- Working in unregulated temperature control room with plants.
- Learn and understand all applicable local and State laws.
