The Shipping Coordinator for our Greenhouse facility will assist our organization by:
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
Responsibilities
- Supervising Walters Gardens & H2A members working on shipping lines, pulling orders, assembling orders or building shipping racks
- Create pull lists for order pullers / Rack Planning / Rack labels & Build sheets
- H2A Communication / Logged Weekly Hours / H2A Future Planning
- Management of ALL order changes
- Pull list assignment and management, including contract growers, short items, and progress check
- Directing shipping activities
- Attend Weekly production-based meetings
- Inspect plants to ensure the product quality before shipping out to customers
- Ensures equipment and technology devices are functioning properly
- Material management / Order Racks & Materials
- Greenhouse Shipping Main Priority
