About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Garden Center Employee to join our team. As a Garden Center Employee, you will play a role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the overall maintenance and presentation of our garden center. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with their gardening needs and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the garden center.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their gardening needs, providing knowledgeable advice on plant selection, care and maintenance.
• Maintain the health and appearance of plants by watering, pruning, and monitoring for pests and diseases
• Stock and organize plants, garden supplies, and other merchandise, ensuring that displays are attractive and well-maintained.
• Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with unloading deliveries and organizing inventory.
