GREAT START READINESS PROGRAM (GSRP) LEAD TEACHER - Non Affiliated (Meets MiLEAP Child Care Licensing requirements for Early Childhood Center Program Administrator and Michigan GSRP Teacher Credential requirements according to Implementation Manual) Non-Affiliated Support Staff Early Childhood Department Full-time, school year position. 40 hours per week as required by GSRP calendar. General Summary: The GSRP Lead Teacher will plan, organize, and manage all aspects of the GSRP classroom instruction. This position reports directly to the TCAPS building Principal and TCAPS Licensed Child Care Director. The GSRP Lead Instructor works collaboratively with kindergarten teachers and the North Ed Early Childhood team to support district early childhood education initiatives. Supervision Exercised: The GSRP Lead Instructor is responsible for supporting the assistant teachers, service providers, and volunteers in the classroom.
