About The Position

The Graphics Project Manager (GPM) role is the main driver of internal fabric & graphic production projects. The individual in this position will schedule and oversee all assigned projects and assume responsibility for successful and accurate production completion and profitability.

Ability and willingness to learn
Must be detail oriented
Ability to work flexible hours and overtime if needed
Proficient in a Mac environment
Proficient with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat
Experience with digital image editing, retouching/manipulation
College Degree or equivalent experience of at least 5 years

Nice To Haves

Knowledge in Excel and Smartsheet a plus

Responsibilities

Evaluating and writing of production orders
Participation in kickoff meetings
Production scheduling
Management and coordination of sub-contractors
Interdisciplinary collaboration with CAD, purchasing, shop, logistics and warehouse
Change order tracking
Reporting of change orders to the internal team
Overall project profitability on assigned production jobs
Operating within and managing Czarnowski’s standard operating procedures
