About The Position

We’re Pinnacle — an experiential marketing house. Strategists, creatives, builders, and your future besties, all fueled by the same pursuit: we’re never satisfied. Our name is an ambition. We chase down the next “holy smokes, they actually did that” moment. And then, we do it again. We are an additional member of our graphic crews in Hartford. We work with a skilled team of designers and fabricators to produce innovative brand experiences like broadcast studios, events, tradeshow, pop-ups and sporting events. Think College Game Day, gaming events, pop-ups at festivals.

Requirements

5 years of large format experience—events, exhibit, broadcast, sign shop
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the event and exhibit fabrication industry
Ability to read/interpret drawings
Knowledge of graphic production, materials and output methods
Solid digital organization skills a must
Strong problem solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, grammatical accuracy, and people skills
Strong planning and organizational skills, having the ability to perform tasks quickly and accurately while meeting deadlines under pressure
Ability to effectively manage/coordinate simultaneous projects and successfully prioritize multiple tasks using good judgment while maintaining expected levels of quality.
Must be able to work extended hours

Vinyl installation capabilities a plus
Graphic design skills and a good eye for color a plus

Responsibilities

Provide deadline-driven production of all related graphics
Project manage the entire graphic portion of assigned projects from kickoff to closeout
Ongoing communication with vendors and customers (internal and external)
Liaison between the in-house staff and outside vendors (i.e., freelancers, contractors, fabricators, printers) to produce materials within budgetary and schedule constraints, all while gracefully rolling with the different personality types
Manage graphic layouts of client supplied files and ordering of vendor produced materials
Attend and contribute to kick-off/production meetings to address production and technical issues
