We're looking for a Graphic Designer who brings strong visual storytelling skills across digital, PowerPoint, and print. This role is ideal for a designer who can translate ideas into compelling, on-brand visuals that engage, inform, and inspire-whether it's a professional presentation material, marketing campaign, or polished print piece. This position will contribute to the creation, implementation, and enhancement of visual materials to support branding and marketing efforts. You'll collaborate closely with marketing, communications, and leadership teams to bring concepts to life and elevate the brand across multiple channels. Responsibilities include designing graphic elements including packaging, developing branding elements, creating logos, and performing image editing. Additional duties include collaborating with internal teams to align designs with company goals, providing strategic direction on visual elements and ensuring consistency across all visual content. Preference for local candidates to work out of our Wakefield, MA office 3 days/week. Here's what you'll do: Design high-impact PowerPoint presentations including executive decks, stakeholder recruitment and informational presentations, and client-facing materials-balancing clarity, storytelling, and visual polish. Create digital assets such as website graphics, social media visuals, email graphics, and digital ads. Design print materials including brochures, one-pagers, reports, signage, and event collateral. Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print touchpoints. Translate complex ideas and content into clean, compelling visual designs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand objectives and deliver creative solutions. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality. Prepare final files for digital use and print production (specs, prepress, and vendor coordination as needed). Help manage branding and creative assets and coordinate with multiple external vendors and partners that support our design initiatives. Design and format copy, marketing collateral, social media, and websites for clients. Collaborate with other departments to make sure clients' goals and objectives are met across the board. Understanding of website UX/UI and customer journey/customer flow. Utilize project management tools (Wrike) for project planning from start to finish and ensure collaboration across the team and that tasks/projects are being completed on time. Other duties may be assigned as necessary. As our next Graphic Designer, you will bring: Bachelor's degree and equivalent work experience in graphic design required. 3-5 years of agency or association experience preferred. High level of energy and creativity with a "roll up your sleeves" working style. Experience designing events, conferences, or corporate communications. Familiarity with basic motion graphics or animation. Knowledge of accessibility and presentation best practices. Thinking outside of the box and coming up with new ways to graphically tell a story. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously in a fast paced, deadline-driven environement. Track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines. Detail-oriented, with strong, effective organizational, problem solving and time-management skills. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote). Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or other design/collaboration tools. The target hiring range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000 USD (annually). The starting base salary will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other job-related factors.
