The Graphic Designer is responsible for developing creative concepts for ads (print and online) and marketing pieces such as direct mail letters, self-mailers, direct mail packages, brochures, buck slips, business reply cards, flyers, inserts, email, and other media. Participates in formulating new concepts and ideas for marketing campaigns. Your Impact: Create innovative and high-quality graphic design for print and other media, including promotional mailers (emails, letters, brochures, buck slips), events, websites, social media, internal communications, advertisements, flyers, surveys, and presentations. Ensure appropriate corporate branding for Pearl and assigned associations are maintained; route completed design for updates, changes, and approval. Collaborate creatively with coworkers (management, copywriters, designers, web presence team members, etc.) to concept and develop marketing campaigns. Seek printer quotes, initiate purchase, and postage requests. Work closely with third party print vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing materials. Create various in-house projects such as name badge design, signs, flyers, etc. printed on color printer or outsourced, as schedule and budget require. Track project activity and progress through Trello; track time spent on each project through Harvest.
