About The Position

The Graphic Designer plays a crucial role on the Creative Team at Boundless, reporting to the Vice President of Creative, to deliver pitch-perfect visuals that help us win business and wow clients. You’ll be embedded in our Business Development channel—helping shape presentations, RFP decks, branded mockups, and digital assets that tell a compelling story. This role is a mix of production excellence and creative opportunity, with room to grow into a sharper, more strategic designer with every project. While this role is primarily focused on supporting Business Development, you’ll also collaborate with designers across our Client Services and Brand/Marketing channels as needs arise. Requirements

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Portfolio required with application
  • Passionate about branding, merch, and creative storytelling
  • Organized, detail-obsessed, and cool under pressure
  • Comfortable working on multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
  • Curious and coachable, with a desire to grow into more strategic design work

Nice To Haves

  • Experience designing for branded merchandise or storytelling through visual systems a plus
  • Presentation-building experience in Keynote, PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Pitch.com preferred
  • Degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Design presentation decks, visual assets, and merch mockups to support new business pitches and client projects
  • Collaborate with Senior Designer to execute visual concepts and ensure polish across all creative deliverables
  • Help maintain consistency in visual standards across decks, campaigns, and brand presentations
  • Contribute to internal brainstorms and creative ideation for both proactive and reactive needs
  • Support workshop outputs with visuals that reflect brand and consumer insights
  • Handle production design tasks (resizing, formatting, light retouching, etc.) with speed and accuracy
