About The Position

Signarama Springfield is a fast-growing, creative sign company serving businesses across Southwest Missouri. We design, produce, and install everything from vehicle wraps and wall graphics to dimensional lobby signs and large exterior signage. We’re a hardworking, team-focused shop that believes you can take your work seriously without taking yourself too seriously. This is a hands-on Graphic Designer position where you’ll spend most of your day creating real-world, production-ready designs. You won’t just make things look good — you’ll design signage that gets built, installed, and seen by thousands of people. You’ll work directly with clients, collaborate with production, and see your work come to life. This is an in-office position in Ozark, Missouri.

Requirements

Graphic design experience (large format or sign experience is a plus)
Strong layout skills and attention to detail
Experience with conceptual renderings and scaled drawings
3D design experience — you understand how graphics translate into physical space
Organized and comfortable managing multiple projects
Clear communicator who enjoys working with customers
Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
A good sense of humor (seriously — it helps here)

Responsibilities

Create sign-ready artwork daily (large format, dimensional signage, vehicle graphics, etc.)
Design with scale, materials, and real-world application in mind
Communicate directly with clients about their projects
Manage multiple active design projects at once
Prepare clean, production-ready files
Track approvals and revisions
Occasionally assist with site measurements or see installs in the field
