About The Position

We’re seeking a mid-level Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day creative execution across two primary brands. This role is hands-on and production-focused, with an emphasis on designing high-quality assets across marketing and sales materials. You’ll work within established brand guidelines to translate ideas into polished, on-brand visuals, collaborating across departments. The ideal candidate requires a self-starter mentality, is comfortable iterating based on feedback, and can manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines. If that's you then please apply!

Requirements

  • 3+ years of graphic design experience, agency experience is a plus
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
  • Figma proficiency is preferred but not required
  • A standout portfolio that demonstrates versatility and creativity
  • Exceptional attention to detail paired with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills
  • Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or interactive design is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-Day Creative Execution: Design and produce high-quality visual assets across organic social, digital campaigns, video assets, presentations, one-sheeters, and other core marketing materials.
  • Multi-Channel Design Support: Create on-brand visuals optimized for key channels, including social media, email, and digital marketing touchpoints.
  • Presentation & Document Design: Build and edit clear, well-structured layouts for decks, one-sheeters, and supporting documents with strong attention to typography and hierarchy.
  • Brand Consistency : Partner with the marketing team to ensure cohesive brand expression and elevate our visual standards across all touchpoints.
  • Collaboration & Iteration: Partner cross-departmentally to implement feedback, refine designs, and deliver assets efficiently and on time.
