This position is an Onsite role based out of our St. Louis Park, MN. office About you You are a creative individual who is ready to provide leadership and direction on design, layout, and production of marketing deliverables by integrating written and visual messages. You are adaptable across all platforms - print, digital and info graphical. Your main role at Colliers will be to provide branding and campaign solutions for high-profile properties and new business pursuits in a variety of markets. You are an enthusiastic team player who is well known for constantly delivering accurate, top-quality work for your clients. You are an excellent communicator who can support multiple professionals across the organization in regard to their design needs. You love working independently and collaboratively to determine effective design solutions for your clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of graphic design experience
  • 1- 3 years of experience with digital design, advertising, and email marketing is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Advanced knowledge with MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
  • Commercial Real Estate experience is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as a brand champion by implementing and maintaining the creative vision and development of marketing deliverables in alignment with company and/or client objectives.
  • Create, design, and produce various print and digital marketing materials, including brochures, maps, advertising, signage, presentations, proposals, emails, videos, and websites, ensuring the fulfillment of corporate branding strategies.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards to produce materials that meet broker and client expectations.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for printing and production as needed.
  • Develop and optimize content for email campaigns, websites, and social media platforms tailored to the local audience.
  • Stay informed about local market trends and competitor marketing strategies.
  • Recommend and implement new creative approaches to enhance marketing impact.
  • Maintain file and image library.
