About The Position

Do you enjoy graphic design in multiple mediums? Want to design materials for both Print and Digital marketing campaigns? Are you looking for a collaborative team of designers working together to meet the needs of a growing organization? If you answered yes to these questions, this is the job for you! Neu Tool is a 100% Employee-Owned organization, and we are looking to add a dynamic graphic designer who will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that communicate messages effectively. Designs media in both print and digital according to the requirements outlined by our sales and purchasing teams. This is an entry level role.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Associates Degree in Graphic Design
0-3 years experience preferred, but willing to train.
Ability to work in the office (Waukesha, WI).
Adobe Creative Cloud, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Microsoft Excel.

Experience with 65Bit EasyCatalog a Plus

Responsibilities

Responsible for the design of advertising materials such as, but not limited to emails, catalogs, flyers, and banners.
Responsible for design, layout, copywriting, production, and marketing of all publications, print materials, signage, electronic media, and other promotional materials.
Test graphics across various media.
Ensure final graphics are visually appealing and on-brand.
Prepare print-ready files ensuring they meet all technical specifications.
Ensure color accuracy by using color profiles and understanding color calibration.
Review and proofread designs to ensure that copy, layout, and dimensions are print-ready.
Stay updated with the latest printing standards and techniques.
Design/create office materials including business cards, labels, and PDF forms.
Gather and produce body copy and images for products.
Website Administrator - Maintain product images & descriptions on customer-facing website.
Manage social media accounts
