Requirements

At least 6 months of experience working as a graphic designer, ideally in Email Marketing, and for one employer where you can showcase consistent results.
Solid understanding of design principles.
Consistent capacity of 30-35h/week (140h/m).
Being available and responsive during 15:00 - 18:00 BCN Time (Mon-Fri).
Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing (doesn’t need to be your native language).
Familiarity Slack, Asana, and G-Suite
A Results-driven attitude every day.
Very high attention to detail.
Ability to learn/adapt fast.
Ability to be accountable, consistent, and responsible (radical ownership).
A laptop or PC with a fast, stable internet connection.

Responsibilities

Create and develop smart, strategic concepts in design.
Design marketing materials for HustlerMarketing, including but not limited to: digital creative (blog, social media, and email marketing assets).
Communicate design ideas verbally and visually to team members and clients.
Work with the design team on developing and maintaining brand standards, ensuring a high level of quality, and establishing a consistent look and feel across materials.
