About The Position

This role is responsible for the conceptualization, design, and layout of printed and digital materials for the facility, including signage, web pages, presentations, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materials. The designer will create copy and visuals based on stakeholder input, ensuring adherence to brand standards and accurate file outputs for quality. The position requires the ability to manage pressure, meet deadlines, maintain accuracy, handle constantly changing situations, deal with a variety of people, and manage stressful situations and conflict. The successful candidate will perform all assigned job duties, adhere to licensing board requirements, and comply with all Benefis Health System policies and procedures. Requirements

High School graduate or equivalent required
Minimum of one (1) year experience as a graphic artist
Minimum of one (1) year experience working with Adobe Creative Cloud

Responsibilities

Conceptualization, design, and layout of printed and digital materials for the facility
Provides creative development and implementation for a wide range of materials including signage, web pages, presentations, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materials
Creating copy and visuals based on input from stakeholders that fits within the organization’s brand standards
Ensure accurate file outputs for printed and digital projects to ensure quality
Demonstrates the ability to deal with pressure to meet deadlines, to be accurate, and to handle constantly changing situations
Demonstrates the ability to deal with a variety of people, deal with stressful situations, and handle conflict
Perform all job duties or job tasks as assigned
Follow and adhere to all requirements, regulations and procedures of any licensing board or agency
Comply with all Benefis Health system organization policies and procedures
