About The Position

As a Marketing Graphic Designer, you will support marketing and merchandising initiatives in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve quickly. This role is primarily production-focused and supports cross-functional teams in executing marketing programs, product launches, display merchandising, and sales enablement materials. You will manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, uphold brand standards across multiple brands and asset types, and ensure accuracy, consistency, and production readiness in all marketing deliverables. This role supports company pro?tability by efficiently executing de?ned marketing processes in partnership with Product, Marketing, and Sales leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Complete assigned tasks and projects using product content systems, ERP platforms, and the marketing ticketing system in support of product launches, display merchandising, ?eld sales, and marketing campaigns.
  • Design and produce high-quality visual assets across print, digital, packaging, tradeshow, showroom, and web-based brand applications.
  • Develop creative concepts within established brand guidelines and deliver production-ready assets for marketing and merchandising programs.
  • Design and produce materials for all Artivo Surfaces brands, including but not limited to-brochures, ?yers, banners, labels, product data sheets, digital and print advertisements, presentations, trade show materials, showroom, and dealer display merchandising, and catalogs.
  • Organize and support marketing and merchandising campaigns, product launch meetings, and promotional programs.
  • Assist in coordinating customer engagement events such as showroom open houses, trainings, supplier demonstrations, and industry partner events.
  • Proof and review all marketing- and product-related materials throughout the production process (e.g., board labels, product pro?les, marketing books) to ensure brand consistency and accuracy of product information.
  • Assist with product updates, product drops, and coordination of marketing and display material deployment across locations.
  • Maintain and update brand guidelines, templates, and production standards to ensure cohesive and professional visual execution across all platforms.
  • Track project progress and delivery timelines within the marketing ticketing platform to support on-time execution and internal reporting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Showroom, Sales, Channel Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure alignment, accuracy, and timely project completion.
  • Attend scheduled team and company meetings to review updates, processes, and cross-department initiatives.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment through collaboration, feedback, and participation in continuous improvement efforts.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
