About The Position

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team as a Junior Designer. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for a variety of digital and print materials. You will work closely with our marketing and content teams to bring our brand and training materials to life.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or agency setting
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
Ability to work collaboratively and take direction from others
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
Passion for emergency preparedness and saving lives is a plus

Responsibilities

Design and create graphics for digital and print materials including but not limited to: social media posts, email campaigns, website banners, infographics, brochures, and training materials
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop design concepts that align with our brand and marketing strategies
Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite to create high-quality and engaging designs
Keep up-to-date with design trends and techniques to ensure our materials are visually appealing and effective
Work with printers and other vendors to ensure high-quality production of materials
Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Assist in maintaining and updating our brand guidelines and design templates
