The Graphic Design, Creative (Junior) is responsible for executing aspirational and compelling collateral that supports overall company goals, inspires our consumer to engage and purchase. All work will be done in alignment with the Marketing & Ecommerce Team goals. It is expected that this roll will gain an understanding of business performance to make informed decisions in their design strategy and execution. This role is located in our Greenville, SC Headquarters. All applicants must be located in the area or willing to personally relocate. Crew Position: The Graphic Designer, Creative (Junior) is expected to: Keep the brand aspirational and elevated in everything they do. Continue to build upon your knowledge of what drives the business and engages the consumer. Working closely with the content planners, channel partners and the creative team.

Responsibilities

The Graphic Design, Creative (Junior) executes elevated and brand right design in alignment with communication channel strategy in the following areas:
Stores Marketing Seasonal Refreshes, Event Flyers, Signage Packages, Social Posts
Marketing & Ecommerce Digital Design Blog Posts Internal Communication Assets (Selling Decks, Flyers, Product Knowledge)
Social Media Paid & Organic Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn
Photoshoot support Product styling, Prop Sourcing, Retouching, & Formatting
Wholesale Marketing Product Launch Collateral, Linebooks, Flyers
