About The Position

This Graphic Designer will play the role of a key contributor to a platform-agnostic Ad Sales Marketing team, focused on strengthening TelevisaUnivision’s position as a leading U.S. media company and Hispanic consumer thought leader. This role helps elevate our B2B corporate brand, drive awareness of the Hispanic business opportunity within the advertising community, and deliver best-in-class, scalable sales and marketing tools to a nationwide sales organization. Reporting to the Art Director, the Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with the Ad Sales Marketing and Event Marketing teams to bring ideas to life through compelling, high-quality design solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design for marketing, B2B preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in presentation software such as PowerPoint, and Keynote, with a strong focus on layout, templates, and visual storytelling
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong branding experience
  • Advanced typographic skills
  • Ability to translate creative briefs and complex information into clear, compelling, and conceptual design solutions
  • Experience with data visualization and infographic design
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, service-oriented mindset
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Must be willing to commute to our office in NYC when needed
  • Employment/education will be verified.
  • Must have a portfolio to share.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Nice To Haves

  • Fluency in Spanish (read and write)
  • Familiarity with video production, web design, or basic HTML
  • Working knowledge of Canva, and prototyping tools such as Figma
  • Working knowledge project management tools

Responsibilities

  • Follow creative briefs to execute best-in-class multimedia design that enhances projects managed by the Ad Sales Marketing and Event Marketing team
  • Projects include but are not limited to: presentations, infographics, digital user interfaces, visual assets for conferences, brochures, reports, newsletters, branding and trade advertising (print and digital), social media, branded campaigns, environmental & experiential assets
  • Create and maintain a unified look for all B2B materials and serve as a steward for overall corporate brand standards
  • Organize and manage a digital library of creative assets and projects, and track tasks using project management tools
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
  • Respond professionally to feedback, revisions, and shifting priorities, including tight deadlines and multiple rounds of edits
  • Source, coordinate, and manage relationships with vendors, freelancers, and agencies as needed
  • Provide dedicated design support for senior Sales and Marketing leadership, particularly for high-visibility client presentations and communications
