About The Position

EMCOR Group, Inc. seeks a Graphic Designer, Digital and Social Media position who designs digital content, crafts engaging video and animation experiences, social media graphics and web content that reinforce our brand’s message across EMCOR’s operating companies. Focus on digital-first creative solutions, blending visual design, motion and interactive experiences for current and next-generation platforms and channels, ensuring accessibility and adherence to the highest design standards. #emcor

Requirements

  • B.A./B.S. preferred.
  • 5 to 8 years experience in motion graphics, social media content creation, and video editing.
  • Experience designing both digital (web, social, email, display ads, etc.) and print (brochures, tradeshow booths, packaging, print literature, etc.).
  • Fluent in 2026 design trends: immersive storytelling, sustainable design aesthetics, micro-interactions, inclusive design.
  • Exceptional online portfolio or demo reel showcasing innovative design solutions and a strong understanding of visual storytelling; Digital campaign experience across social, web, and mobile; Motion graphics and short-form video content; Interactive prototypes or AR/VR experiences; Evidence of AI-assisted workflows and data-driven creative decisions.
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma / Sketch for UI/UX, 3D & Motion: Blender, Cinema4D, Unreal Engine.
  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all creative outputs.
  • Comfortable working under pressure with tight deadlines and managing multiple rounds of revisions while accurately tracking time.
  • Comfortable collaborating effectively with marketing teams, developers and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Construction and building industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Translate marketing and product strategies into compelling visual concepts that resonate with target audiences and reinforce brand positioning.
  • Craft unique creative assets and visual interactions that tell impactful stories and resonate with target audiences.
  • Design high-quality digital assets, including social media graphics, web visuals, email templates, and digital advertising materials.
  • Produce high-quality, fast-turnaround videos for social media channels.
  • Ensure all designs rigorously adhere to established brand guidelines, maintaining consistency and integrity across all platforms.
  • Drive animation workflows from initial storyboarding to the final production of motion graphics, with a primary focus on 2D animation and opportunities to leverage 3D skills.
  • Design branded templates, visual assets for various departments, adapting materials to meet specific needs while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to bring fresh motion design ideas to the team.
  • Stay updated on animation trends, new technologies, and techniques to push creative boundaries.
  • Maintain meticulous organization of files, implementing best practices for version control, naming conventions, and accessibility compliance for all graphic assets.
