About The Position

The Graphic Designer & Brand Creative Coordinator owns the visual identity and creative output across all Leisure Hotels & Resorts properties. This role ensures brand consistency while producing high-impact marketing materials for digital, print, signage, events, and on-property experiences.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years professional graphic design experience.
  • Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills.
  • Experience designing for both digital and print.
  • Understanding of hospitality branding.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • BRAND & VISUAL IDENTITY LEADERSHIP
  • Define, maintain, and enforce brand visual standards.
  • Create and maintain brand guidelines documentation.
  • Ensure brand consistency across digital, print, and on-property assets.
  • Support gift shop/apparel brand compliance.
  • CAMPAIGN CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT
  • Design creative assets for: Seasonal campaigns, Weddings & events, Golf promotions, F&B activations, Holiday experiences
  • Translate campaign strategy into compelling visuals.
  • Collaborate with Social Media Manager on cohesive campaign rollouts.
  • Develop creative concepts for large-scale initiatives (rebrands, website refreshes).
  • DIGITAL & PRINT PRODUCTION
  • Design: Social graphics and ad creatives, Email graphics, Menus, Maps, Brochures, Rack cards, Signage, Trade show displays, Sales presentations
  • Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors.
  • Oversee quality control of printed materials.
  • ASSET & LIBRARY MANAGEMENT
  • Maintain standardized templates for recurring needs.
  • Archive and update outdated creative assets.
  • VENDOR & CREATIVE PARTNER OVERSIGHT
  • Coordinate with external agencies, photographers, and freelancers.
  • Provide creative direction to third-party designers.
  • Review and approve creative before launch.
  • Assist with website creative updates and visuals.
  • INNOVATION & EXPERIENCE DESIGN
  • Explore motion graphics and video design expansion.
  • Improve storytelling through layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Elevate in-property guest experience touchpoints through design.
  • Identify outdated visuals and propose refresh opportunities.
