We are seeking a Graphic Designer, Employer Brand who combines creative design expertise with employer brand strategy to help position the company as an employer of choice. This role plays a key part in bringing the organization’s culture, mission, and associate experience to life through compelling visual and digital storytelling. This position blends graphic design, digital marketing, and employer brand management. The specialist will design creative assets, support recruitment marketing campaigns, and ensure employer brand consistency across platforms that connect the organization with talent around the world. Through creative content and thoughtful brand storytelling, this role helps shape how candidates experience the organization from their first interaction through application. Working collaboratively with Talent Acquisition, HR, Brand, Social Media, and Communications teams, this role contributes to a cohesive and engaging candidate journey while strengthening the organization’s reputation as a place where careers can grow and meaningful work begins. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field required
  • 2-5+ years of relevant design experience required
  • Graphic design and visual storytelling expertise
  • Employer brand and recruitment marketing strategy experience
  • Digital marketing and social media campaign development
  • Creative direction and brand consistency across marketing channels
  • Canva
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Digital marketing and CRM platforms
  • Website content management systems
  • Social media and recruitment marketing platforms
  • Experience in graphic design, marketing, communications, or employer branding
  • Portfolio demonstrating digital design and brand storytelling work
  • Experience developing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms
  • Experience translating brand messaging into compelling visual and written content
  • Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.

Responsibilities

  • Graphic Design & Creative Development Design visual assets to support recruitment marketing initiatives, including social media graphics, digital advertisements, career site content, email templates, and recruiting event collateral
  • Use Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to develop scalable design templates that can be used by global recruiting teams
  • Maintain and evolve the Employer Brand Style Guide to ensure visual consistency across recruitment marketing materials
  • Collaborate on photo and video shoots that expand the employer brand asset library
  • Ensure all creative materials maintain brand standards and align with the organization’s visual identity
  • Career Site & Candidate Experience Design and manage career website content and recruitment landing pages to ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Develop campaign-specific microsites, forms, calls-to-action, and candidate engagement workflows
  • Create storytelling content that highlights the associate experience and resonates with target candidate audiences
  • Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing Develop recruitment marketing campaigns that attract and engage both passive and active candidates across multiple channels
  • Translate company culture, mission, and associate stories into compelling employer brand content
  • Create persona-driven campaigns across email, SMS, social media, and digital advertising platforms
  • Support recruiting initiatives and hiring events through the development of branded marketing materials
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and Brand teams to ensure recruitment marketing efforts align with employer brand strategy
