The Graphic Design Specialist will create graphic materials used for a variety of educational, informational, and promotional purposes which include, but is not limited to schedules, Authority wide wayfinding, various rider and traveler alerts, advertisements, and social media posts. The Graphic Design Specialist will work closely with the Senior Design Specialist. This position reports to the Manager, Creative Services and work is performed under the daily direction of the Senior Design Specialist. The list of essential functions, as outlined herein, is intended to be representative of the tasks performed within this classification. It is not necessarily descriptive of any one position in the class. The omission of an essential function does not preclude management from assigning duties not listed herein if such duties are a logical assignment to the position. • Designs and produces graphics for a wide range of material for various business units. • Update and support revision designs for NFTA-Metro schedules. • Supports content generation for external and internal communications, including the website. • Design graphics for social media ads and updates. • Performs other duties and tasks as assigned.
