About The Position

The Graphic Design Specialist plays a key role in creating exceptional visual content to support our franchise brands and franchise owners. This position develops high-quality graphic design assets for print, digital, and social media channels while maintaining consistency with PSB’s visual identity and brand standards. This is a fast-paced, collaborative role that combines creativity with strategic brand thinking to produce visually engaging materials that communicate effectively to both internal and external audiences.

Requirements

  • Experience in creating user-centered designs for digital and print applications.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Canva, and Google Suite.
  • Strong understanding of creative development processes and design best practices.
  • Highly collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with internal and external teams, including franchise owners.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and passionate about design excellence.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to producing polished, on-brand creative work.
  • Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Ability to think both strategically and creatively, with a focus on impactful visual storytelling.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, marketing, or creative services.
  • Proven portfolio demonstrating a range of print and digital design projects.
  • Experience working within brand guidelines and maintaining visual consistency.
  • Familiarity with social media content creation and management tools.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage strategic insights, behavioral research, and best practices to create meaningful and effective visual content.
  • Present creative concepts and completed designs internally and to franchise owners.
  • Develop and maintain visual identity systems for multiple national home service franchise brands.
  • Design print and digital collateral to support local small business owners with national brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with digital and print vendors to align creative outputs with timelines and quality goals.
  • Contribute to strategic brand discussions and campaign development.
  • Manage social media and digital content for national brand initiatives.
  • Maintain consistent brand identity through design across all platforms.
  • Support photography, video production, and creative content initiatives.
