About The Position

3A Composites USA is seeking a creative and motivated Graphic Design Marketing Intern to support our marketing and commercial teams. This role will focus on developing compelling visual content and campaigns to support product launches and strengthen brand messaging across multiple markets. The intern will contribute to high-impact initiatives including new product campaigns (such as GatorCell Technology and refreshed product lines), while gaining hands-on experience in B2B marketing, product messaging, and customer engagement strategies.

Requirements

• Coursework or background in Marketing Communications, Graphic Design or related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
• Strong visual design and communication skills
• Strong analytical and financial discipline
• Structured, organized, and process-oriented
• Cross-functional collaboration skills
• Independent problem-solving ability
• Clear and professional communication

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new graphics that communicate product value propositions
• Create marketing campaign assets for product launches and promotions
• Update and enhance existing product literature and sales materials
• Develop multimedia content for sales enablement (presentations, visuals, digital assets)
• Translate customer testimonials and data into compelling visual storytelling
• Support content creation for social media, industry events, and marketing channels
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product Management, and Sales
• Develop creative assets supporting product launches across Display, Industrial, Transportation, and Architectural markets
• Contribute to campaigns aimed at increasing lead generation and brand awareness
• Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all materials
