About The Position

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Graphic Design Manager will work independently on professional-level graphic design and collaboratively on broader marketing projects.

Requirements

Must be available to work in office Monday to Friday.
Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Illustrator (InDesign/Photoshop a plus).
Strong video editing and motion graphics skills.
Excellent sense of layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
Proven experience designing across digital, print, and social media platforms.
5-10 years of experience in marketing project management or related role.
Experience with PO creation, vendor management, and budget tracking.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
Excellent communication and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Desire to expand marketing capabilities.

Nice To Haves

General WordPress maintenance and updates.
C++ web development.
Animation and rendering skills. (e.g., creating a PNG version of our stent)
Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or life sciences.

Responsibilities

Design digital and print assets, including brochures, ads, banners, congress booths, event collateral, and presentations.
Create and edit videos for marketing purposes.
Develop motion graphics and social media content (static and animated).
Work in Canva and Adobe Illustrator to deliver high-quality designs aligned with brand standards.
Ensure all creative output is compliant with InspireMD branding guidelines.
Strategic congress planning.
Clinical influence & thought leadership.
Digital & print presence.
Demand generation.
Physician education & corporate visibility.
Create and track purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely vendor payments.
Schedule ads and maintain the marketing calendar.
Assist with PR, digital marketing, and brand reputation activities.
