About The Position

Friedkin is seeking an experienced Graphic Design Manager to steward and evolve the Friedkin master brand ensuring its visual identity, architecture, and creative standards are executed with excellence across the enterprise. This is a hands-on creative role with strategic influence. The ideal candidate is a designer who can think in systems, manage brand integrity at the corporate level, and deliver exceptional design that reflects Friedkin's elevated tone and core ideology of care, commitment, evolution, and excellence. This role focuses exclusively on the Friedkin corporate brand, ensuring it shows up consistently and cohesively across all communications, materials, and platforms. The position does not manage or direct creative for the subsidiary brands but will provide guidance and alignment to ensure brand coherence across the broader Friedkin family.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field. Req and
  • 7-9 years experience in graphic design, brand design, or creative management, ideally with corporate or global brand experience. Required
  • Proven ability to manage a parent or master brand across a multi-brand organization. (High proficiency)
  • Deep understanding of brand architecture, visual systems, and corporate identity. (High proficiency)
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; After Effects a plus) and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Keynote). (High proficiency)
  • Strong sense of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy. (High proficiency)
  • Experience creating and implementing design workflows and project management systems. (High proficiency)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. (High proficiency)

  • Adobe After Effects Adobe After Effects is a digital visual effects, motion graphics, compositing and animation application used in the post-production process of film making, video games and television production. It also functions as a very basic non-linear editor, audio editor, and media transcoder. Intermediate-Advanced Required

Responsibilities

  • Manage and evolve the Friedkin master brand system, ensuring all creative applications align with corporate identity and brand standards.
  • Maintain and update the brand architecture and visual guidelines that connect Friedkin to its portfolio of brands.
  • Design and produce corporate materials, executive presentations, enterprise templates, and branded assets that express Friedkin's brand tone.
  • Develop and refine design tools and templates for internal teams to ensure consistent execution across departments and subsidiaries.
  • Establish a creative workflow system (using Monday.com or similar) to manage design requests, approvals, and deliverables.
  • Create and maintain a creative SOP that defines how internal partners engage with the design function.
  • Manage external design vendors or freelancers as needed to support overflow or specialized projects.
  • Partner closely with Communications, HR, Corporate Affairs, and other departments to ensure brand alignment and creative consistency.
  • Provide creative and brand guidance to cross-functional teams and subsidiary brand leads when Friedkin brand assets or co-branding are in use.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, reinforcing Friedkin's design standards, tone, and storytelling approach across the organization.
  • Create digital assets and graphics for Friedkin's owned channels and internal communications.
  • Edit short-form video content for leadership, internal updates, or social channels as needed.
