About Our Program: The North American Peak Achievement Athletics Internship Program is designed to give undergraduate & graduate students an opportunity to gain valuable work experience, to learn more about the business and their field of studies to be able to excel in your careers! Interns will have optional 60 – minute lunch & learns to give exposure to business initiatives and departments as well as mentors to help guide you through. Exeter, NH Program Timeline: Tuesday, June 2, 2026 – Friday, August 14, 2026 (10 weeks) This internship will be up to 36 hours per week with 3 days a week in office (Tuesday-Thursday) & 2 days remote. (Monday & Friday). Want to join our team as a Graphic Design Intern? The Graphic Design Intern will report to the Art Director and gain hands-on experience contributing to real-world creative projects. You’ll support the creative team in bringing brand and product stories to life across social media, eCommerce, retail, and live experiences. This role is designed for a curious, motivated designer who wants to learn fast, contribute meaningfully, and grow within a modern creative environment.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • A portfolio that shows strong fundamentals, creative thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Interest in modern design tools and workflows, including AI-powered creative tools.
  • A collaborative, curious mindset with strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and adapt in a fast-moving creative environment.
  • A genuine passion for design, storytelling, and learning by doing.

Nice To Haves

  • experience or interest in motion, video, photography, or content creation.

Responsibilities

  • Support the creation of visual assets that align with brand identity and creative standards.
  • Assist on cross-functional design projects spanning marketing campaigns, social content, eCommerce, retail, and events.
  • Help manage and organize a large image library, including basic retouching, color correction, formatting, and resizing.
  • Learn how brand systems are built, maintained, and applied consistently across platforms.
  • Work within real timelines and workflows, using tools like Monday.com to track tasks and progress.
  • Explore and apply emerging tools (including AI-assisted design workflows) to improve efficiency, ideation, and execution.
  • Receive mentorship, feedback, and guidance from experienced designers and creative leaders.
