About The Position

The Graphic Communications Executive is responsible for selling continuous-feed inkjet solutions, workflow offerings, and marketing technologies. This role focuses on driving growth within the graphic communications market and developing strong relationships across all customer segments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 7–10 years of B2B sales experience, including at least 5 years selling advanced high‑volume printing systems, preferably continuous feed and inkjet.
  • Extensive sales experience within the Graphic Communications vertical.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell in complex, consultative environments.
  • Proven success in developing new business markets and opportunities.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Graphic Communications industry.
  • Strong understanding of technology and end‑to-end complex solution selling.
  • Deep familiarity with sales methodologies and processes within a matrixed environment.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, time‑management discipline, and self‑motivation.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse, cross‑functional teams.
  • Skilled in managing the order, delivery, and implementation process.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead RICOH’s penetration and expansion in the Graphic Communications vertical through targeted customer strategies, segmentation, awareness efforts, and relationship development.
  • Promote and evangelize new inkjet technology solutions.
  • Consult with business owners and senior executives on how emerging technologies can increase revenue and reduce operational costs.
  • Develop effective ROI models for proposed solutions.
  • Drive business development activities within the assigned territory.
  • Manage, protect, and grow the territory by analyzing customer communication needs and developing solutions for both new and existing clients.
  • Deliver, install, and support strategies, products, and equipment within the assigned territory.
  • Meet or exceed revenue and gross profit targets, including ongoing page volume growth.
  • Prepare and present compelling briefings, proposals, and value propositions to assigned accounts.
  • Take ownership of resolving workflow or technical issues in partnership with Professional Services and Customer Service teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of all account activity within Ricoh’s sales database and CRM tools.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for creating and maintaining accurate sales documentation.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
