About The Position

Access to Healthcare Network (AHN) is seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented Grants & Data Systems Coordinator to support both our grants finance functions and data systems operations. This dual‑focused position provides 50% grants coordination and 50% database/reporting support across Salesforce and TITAN. The ideal candidate brings experience in bookkeeping or grant accounting, as well as a strong understanding of data integrity, reporting, and CRM/database management, preferably within healthcare or nonprofit environments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' bookkeeping/accounting experience.
  • Experience with databases or CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and general digital tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and customer service.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to sit for long periods; able to lift 20 lbs.
  • Able to pass a Nevada background check.
  • Valid driver's license (optional).

Nice To Haves

  • Degree/certificate in Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • Experience with Accounting Seed or similar systems.
  • Salesforce CRM/system support experience.
  • Nonprofit or healthcare experience.
  • Experience training staff on technical systems.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly grant billings and code invoices to proper grant and ledger accounts.
  • Review expense documentation for accuracy and allowability; enter expenses and prepare reconciliations.
  • Maintain vendor accounts and organized grant files.
  • Assist with grant budgets, revisions, billings, and cash receipts.
  • Support Program Directors with budget and reporting needs.
  • Process travel reports, journal entries, and assist with bank reconciliations and audits.
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain confidentiality.
  • Provide Salesforce support, including onboarding, permissions, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain data accuracy through regular audits and updates to the Data Quality Handbook.
  • Build and update Salesforce components to meet grant and program reporting needs.
  • Develop benchmarks, generate reports, and support data analysis for program improvement.
  • Prioritize reporting requests via a queue system.
  • Stay current on Salesforce updates and system enhancements.
