About The Position

The Grants and Contracts Coordinator provides administrative functions for pre-award grant development, data entry, verification of accuracy and approvals for grant and contract proposals, aspects of sub- and post-award distribution within the College of Health Professions (COHP) and College of Dentistry (CoD). This position serves as the college’s pre-, post-, and sub-award subject matter expert for the researchers within the college, and as the liaison with parties external to the college, such as the campus research office, for both federal and non-federal grants and contracts through Research Administration and Sponsored Programs. This position collaborates with the Deans' Offices on grants and contracts for the Colleges both in Memphis and Knoxville.
